Ken Bailey
President and Chief Executive OfficerKen Bailey is the founder of Alms International. He was born in Oklahoma and raised in Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, from Hardin-Simmons University and earned a Master of Science degree, in Education, from Baylor University. He has spent the majority of his career in the field of education. The past decade, the Lord called him into full-time vocational ministry where he has served as a youth director, pastor, and evangelist. Ken has a broad background in humanitarian work, taking mission trips to Mexico, Africa, Israel, Ecuador and other countries. He has worked with Holocaust survivors in Israel. He has helped to fund work at medical clinics and orphanages in Africa. Ken has a passion to meet the physical and spiritual needs of “The Least of These”, as Jesus commanded us to do. Sue Bailey
Vice Chairman and SecretarySue Bailey was born in Vallejo, CA. She received a Bachelor of Science degree, in Education, from Hardin-Simmons University, located in Abilene, TX. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree, in Education, from the University of Texas at Tyler. Sue has spent the majority of her career, in education, as a teacher. She has taught at the elementary, middle school and high school levels. Sue has a passion to meet the needs of the disadvantaged and has served, on mission trips, to the Navajo Indians. Sue is married, to A.I.M. founder, Ken Bailey and they have two, amazing children – Michelle and Jack.
Dave Ward
General DirectorDavid Ward was born in Flint, MI. He graduated from Hillsdale College, located in Hillsdale, MI, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business Administration and with minors in English, Health, and Physical Education. David has been involved, with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), for 31 years, as a sponsor, in various schools. He has taught and coached, for over thirty years. He has been the lead clinician, for sports camp (girls’ basketball), for about 10 years. Through University Baptist Church, he has been involved with Navajo Mission Trips, for about 10 years. He also has directed a sports camp, for the Navajo youth, while church construction teams build church buildings.
Lee Anne Ward
General Director and V.P. of FinanceAnne Ward was born in Borger, TX. She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, located in Nacogdoches, TX. She received a Bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration, and has worked, in the public sector, as a Financial Analyst, for 21 years, and 6 years as a Contract Manager. Through University Baptist Church, she has worked and supported the Light House of Hope Mission, feeding needy families, in the Houston area, during the Christmas Holidays, and the Crisis Pregnancy Center, with silent auction fund raisers. She is married to David Ward and they have two, daughters, Kymberlee and Lyssa.
Cherith Marchase
General DirectorCherith Marchase was raised in Colorado Springs, CO. She received a Bachelor’s Degree, from Adams State University, located in Alamosa, CO. Cherith has served and worked for a number of nonprofit organizations. She has done a great deal of volunteer work to serve the needy in her community! She has done missions work, with the Navajo Indians. Cherith is married to Tony Marchase. They have two, wonderful sons, Chris and Matt.
Tony Marchase
General DirectorTony Marchase grew up in Salida, CO. He received a Bachelor’s Degree, in Education , and a Master of Arts Degree, in School Counseling, from Adams State University, located in Alamosa, CO. Babes, as he is called by his friends, has spent the majority of his career, working in the public schools in Colorado, where he also coached for many years. He has done volunteer work with nonprofits and recently he traveled to the Navajo Indian reservation to bring Christmas gifts and other items to those in need. He is married to Cherith Marchase.
